The renter has to pay the insurance.Tow Vehicle QuestionI am considering renting my Grand Design Reflection on RV Share. The trailer has a dry weight of 8,348 lbs. and a GVWR of 9,995 lbs. I tow the trailer with a 3/4 ton truck. Someone would like to rent the trailer for a weekend, but their tow vehicle is a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 5.3 V8 engine. Is this enough truck to safely pull the trailer approximately 60 miles?Re: Should I Re-WinterizeI called my local RV place and they didn't think it would get cold enough to have to winterize again. I drained the water heater and left it at that. Can't wait for warm weather. Thanks for the suggestions.Re: Should I Re-WinterizeIt has an enclosed underbelly and the polar package.Should I Re-WinterizeI dewinterized my Cougar Ex-Lite on a nice 80 degree day last weekend. Winter has now returned unexpectantly and last night we got 5 inches of snow with temps right around 32 degrees and a windchill of 22 degrees. Sounds like we're going to have at least one more day of these temps. Should I empty the water heater and winterize again? By the way the forecast is calling for 70's and 80's next week. Gotta love spring in Iowa.
