Congrats on being on becoming a full-timer soon!Re: Gas or dieselIf you can afford it, I'd go diesel. Of course this depends on the weight of your current trailer. But remember, you may want to go bigger and heavier in the future. I just got a diesel in May, towed a 10,000 pound 5th wheel through BC to Kelowna this summer. It was a very worry free ride. My gas one would have made it, but would have been switching gears constantly. As long as I am pulling a trailer now, it will be a diesel.Re: shaw satellite receiver GM-0700My understanding of the carry out for shaw direct, it is for use only in Canada. While I do not own one, that's what it says on winegards website.Re: Let it snow, let it snow! Barbeque is a method of cooking, not a device on which to cook. Good luck with your choice. I use Weber smoky joe as I prefer charcoal to gas grilling. I prefer a gas barbecue.Need new portable BBQHi everyone, hope this is the right place to post, but I am in need of a new Barbeque for Camping. We had the coleman roadtrip grill with a red lid and the one burner just stopped working. It is also a pain to clean after each use. So what are you using for a Barbeque and do you like it? We do most of our cooking outside on the Barbeque. Any recommendations would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.Re: Ballooning roofI have seen this often. But am wondering, is there anyway you can tell if it's happening to your trailer?Re: Getting ready for a trip. newman fulltimer wrote: leave it packed same. ours is always packed and ready. If we are leaving again after getting back from a trip we leave the fridge stocked and plugged in.
