Noticed after we took it out of storage the front of the passenger side of siding was pulled away from the trim slightly, but enough where I could see the end of the panel. Almost like it wasn't cover completly by the trim and they just silicone the seam. Getting ready to call the dealer and Keystone to see what my options are for repair. Im almost betting they will silicone it back and that's the last I will hear of them. However my fear is 2-3 years down the road the delamination will continue and we will have a bubble on our $24000 investment. What are your thoughts?Re: Leak in outdoor kitchenThis morning I looked more into it. Sprayed some water on the kitchen door hinge, noticed it was slightly weeping into the area. I looked at a few other models in the park and noticed there hInge had a bead of silicone on top them. I honestly think the top of the hinge should have been sealed from the factory, I think when I get home I'll run my own bead and inspect more into the floor. Not real concerned about rotting it's literally 4 months off the assembly line. Just don't want a problem down the road.Leak in outdoor kitchenNoticed a small puddle inside the bottom door trim in our outside kitchen this past week during a rain storm. Looked above and noticed the seem on the inside was dripping ever so slightly. Checked every window, seem and roof area above the drip, all looked sealed tight. Not real sure were it's coming from, but I hope it's not running from another open area through the inside then out this seem. Regardless I have 11 months left on warrenty, we'll see what the dealer comes up with.patching rv h20 holding tankI got a 30 gallon fresh water tank with a screw size hole in the bottom that I need patched. Its not a easy area to get to, thinking about using Oatey Fix-it Epoxy Putty to stop it. Any other recommendations or ideas would be great!Re: Need advice on what TT pleaseTowed it home this weekend with the Suburban, seemed to tow just as good as the 255 AmeriLite. We will see how well it does loaded.Re: Need advice on what TT pleaseThanks for the input fellas, we are going with the Passport GT 2920bh. It's a good fit for 5 people and a dog!Re: Need advice on what TT pleasePretty nice units, bunkhouses are around 6500lbs thoughRe: Need advice on what TT please8000 pounds towing, but we are towing a 5000 pound AmeriLite with about 600 pounds of gear. Let me tell ya anything over 65 mph is scary! Real soft suspension, did the air bags, hope it helps! I'm just curious if anyone knows if a passport TT is a good buy. Almost every RV I looked up has a few bad ratings, makes you wonder!Need advice on what TT pleaseThe wife and I have spent all weekend looking for what travel trailer we want to pick up. We started with the aspen trails, however they just looked to big and heavy for what we want to do. The kodiaks ultra lights at the same dealer caught our eyes, but they didn't have any models big enough for our family. Next we looked at a hideout, it was beautiful and had everything we wanted and more, but it was 7000 pounds. Then my personal favorite the KZ connect 28 bunk house, however my wife didn't like the 33' 6100 pounds for our 2012 suburban. Looked at the Bullets, I didn't like the styling, then the sunset trails, just wasn't haven it again. Finally on the way home we seen a passport ultra light grand touring 2670 bunkhouse at 5300lbs, with everything we need for $22000. We loved the exti. and the interior was nice too, kodiaks and connects were more modern though. The fact that it's 5200 pounds just sound pleasing, we usual pack heavy and drive 5-6 hours away. I know giving up weight may mean cheaper parts and a higher price tag, but a stress free tow is nice on the long hauls. Anyone have anything to say about the Passport ultra lights? Good or bad?
