I think they post their current production runs on their facebook page. You could try scanning back through that to find a pattern. Pre-covid, another Arctic Fox model, 32A travel trailer, was built every 10 months. So probably the same 10 months between production runs for a 27-5L FW. They had a covid shut in the spring, which delayed the usual schedule. I am thinking of ordering a 32A, so I have been studying. A few years ago (2013?) Pilot changed the card readers on truck lane pumps to allow VISA to start the pump and pay. I think the maximum VISA transaction is $495, so I can swipe once and fill-up.
