We stayed there in Oct. 2013 in a water site too.. Awesome view, especially at night when the condos are lite up.. We enjoy going to Navarre for our family vacation.. I agree with the recommendations of the other replies.. You are 25 to 30 minutes to Destin or Pensacola can't beat that.. You are right wbwood about the "due to future reservation".. I should have mentioned it in my post that was the reason why they could not switch us.. magnusfide.. Question.. Are you suggesting that since we had a great stay there that I should go to TripAdvisor and give them a review of our stay?? My wife and I stayed there for the first time last year (2013) for the first time.. Our check in was not smooth, for the site that we reserved was occupied by a person to whom the manager referred to as a (in polite terms) not so nice person whom did not care whether or not someone else was going to be arriving to occupy the site.. Any way we ended up being moved to another site in which someone else was in it and set up (they just got mixed up on the site number).. So we had to go back up to the office to let them know this, but instead of moving us down one site where they were suppose to be, they made him move which required him to tear down and re hook just to move down one site.. Other than that we had a great time there with a beautiful view meeting some nice people on each side of us including the folks they made move down one site and would go back there again..448Views0likes0CommentsRe: Gulf Front
I'm not sure if the 2 places accept American Express, but my wife and I absolutely love going here on our vacations.. http://strosarvresortnavarre.com/ and http://www.emeraldbeachrvpark.com/ both are located in Navarre Beach Florida which is located conveniently around 20 to 30 min. in both directions between Destin and Pensacola Beach.. It's a nice small beachie town.. The parks are located on the St Rosa Sound,in which you are sill on the water, but you are facing the Gulf and if you want to go to the actual beach it is just a short (+ or -) 5 min drive over the bridge and you are there..
