If you can find a dealer to order one as fleet you can get 3.73 gears in a SRW it is a fleet only option

If you have the clearance you can go to 265-75-16, same diameter a little wider and carry 3415 @ 80 psi. I used them on my last rig.

Another thought , have you ever lubed the jacks?? Quick way is to pull the cap off the top and pour some oil down thru the jack.

I put disc's on 4 yrs ago, its the best addition you can make. I use the factory controller on an 06 and 11 F-350.

Put on a set of JT Stabilizers, you will be happy with them. The tripod is a waste of money.
