We stayed at Cherry Hill and really liked it. A city bus came right to the main check in area quite frequently, which then connected you to metro or bus service. We visited all the monuments this way.

Just stayed at Rafter J in late August. Very nice and very convenient. We visited Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Hill City, and Deadwood all from there.

Have your wife check out both bathrooms. Looks like a wet vs dry. As a woman, I woulkd vote the Puma for the better bathroom!
