The second night mare we had was a new Sandpiper 35ROK that had to have a whole new roof put on at the factory due to someone at the factory not securing the under lying roof sheeting and then after that every time it would rain the bedroom slide would leak. We hauled it to the dealership 8 times with in 3 months and it still would leak they would "fix" it and spray water all over and it would be dry we would pull it on the road and set up to camp in and the leak would come back in the same spot over and over again... we finally got a lawyer involved and forest river bought us this GRAND DESIGN REFLECTION 337 to take the place of the Sandpiper. Also the Sandpiper was 7 months old when they replaced it.Re: forest river qualityI would RUN away from ANYTHING made by Forest RiverRe: Anyone have a Grand Design 337rlsWe love ours GREAT company, with Great customer serviceRe: Thoughts on Forest River Sierra Fifth WheelI would run away from anything Forest River, after owning a Prime-Time Lacrosse and a Sandpiper fith wheel they both had major issues were attorneys were involved and structure issues were found, Forest River ended up replacing our Sandpiper with a Grand Design Reflection That is the best outcome we could have asked for.. Thanks Forest River. If you cant make a reliable fifth wheel then give a competitors fifth wheel to settle a law suite.Re: Travel Videos I've madeVery nice!!!! We love the Smoky Mountains too! your pictures and videos make it feel as if we where there with you. A++++ very very nice...Thanks for sharing with usRe: Jayco outdoor kitchenWe use our outside kitchen for cooking thats done..outside. we keep items for the grill there along with bug candles, roasting forks and hobo pie holders along with things to make homemade icecream and the jiffy popcorn a small bottle of soap for quick clean ups and also the tablecloth for picnic tables and thats about it.. Im sure its not for everyone and im sure some love them, it takes all kinds to make the world go around.Re: Primetime Lacrosse 2014I feel your pain trust me, I have went around and around with Prime Time about problems we had with a leaks in the outside kitchen door and slide outs.... I had to hire a attorney to get them to do warranty work and to extend my warranty my LaCrosse was at the dealership 8 months of the 10 months I owned it.... POOR craftsmanship and customer relations. We have now traded it in and have cut our losses and moved to something much nicer...Re: Will A Fifthwheel Work In This Driveway???I would like to thank all of you that have replied to this topic our plains were to pick this unit up today. but after thinking and thinking more plus reading the post on here we are going to wait till next week. I have a friend that has a sandpiper that is the same length that's going to try it in the driveway before we buy next week. Im just not much of a risk taker I guess... Thanks again, you all are great..Re: Will A Fifthwheel Work In This Driveway???Veebyes, the max height of my tailgate with the truck wheels almost at the level point is 58 inches. Thanks guys so far with the help, I feel as if most of you all think this will be fine and have no problems with it, is this correct? I just don't want to buy this fw and wouldn't have any place for it..Re: Will A Fifthwheel Work In This Driveway???they told me it would be around 7 to 8 inches between bedside and bottom of camper
