The office layout works very well for me as I do several phone calls and WebEx's from the office each day. I had narrowed my selection between this unit and the GD 377MB, leaning towards the GD because the dealer was very close to my home. As a final step in the selection process, I ran the A/C in each unit. The Montana has a ducted return air system, which is acceptably quiet. The GD has a direct return air that in my opinion, was very loud. So loud I didn't feel I could use a speakerphone or do web conferences. Just my opinion...Re: Grand Design Reflection 303RLSI was down to a Keystone Montana or the GD Solitude, both had very similar floor plans and I thought they were a very close match. the GD was from a local dealer and the Montana a long drive - I am in the South where the AC is on 24 hrs a day. The GD AC (direct air return) was very loud compared to the Montana AC(ducted air return). I went into other GD units and they sounded equally loud. I went with the Montana and am very happy, but if the GD would have had a quiet AC, it would have been a much tougher decision.Re: King PinI purchased a small orange traffic cone from Lowe's and used a couple of bungee cords to hang it upside down (with king pin in center of cone)over the pin.Re: Think we have found it....Grand design Solitude 365 DENI was comparing the Montana to the Solitude. I felt they were very close competitors, each had pluses and minuses. I was having trouble deciding until I ran the AC in each unit. The Solitude AC was unbearably loud compared to the Montana (Montana air return is fully via duct work - Solitude return air is direct into the unit).
