I run a C-Pap machine while we are boondocking, and am happy with the two 6 volt golf cart batteries bought at SAM'S club. I also upgraded my converter to a Progressive Dynamics 9270, and I love it. It will not overcharge your batteries, but can be forced into boost mode where it will put out 70amps charging. E-bay had the best prices on this model, and it is the highest output that will plug into a standard 15amp ac outlet.247Views0likes0CommentsMobil Never Fail spring bushings aka Lipper Never Fail
Does anyone have any knowledge or experience using Never Fail spring bushings? They are an aftermarket replacement for nylon spring bushings that wear out quickly. They show a bushing that has been installed and towed 100k miles with almost no wear. I would like to know how this compares with the bronze bushings and wet bolt system offered by Dexter. They come with Zerk fittings in the end of the bolts and are greased by pumping grease in the end of the shackle bolts.785Views0likes2CommentsRe: Dingy towing
Is the 13 mpg towing or not? Please post mileage when it is broken in more... I was looking at one in a campground in Florida, and the owner was very happy with it so far. It appears that they have put a lot of quality into this unit. I believe he told me he was getting 18 mpg, but that was not towing....396Views0likes0Comments
