Root Canal then CW ESP
0800 at the dentist for a root canal then appointment at CW 1300. I told them my batteries were running down and not being charged. The tech took my unit inside and told me that my converter was bad. I shopped for awhile and then I was called to the service dept. I thought this was it! And it was! She said my unit was repaired with a new converter and I paid my deductible and left the store. My unit was outside waiting for me to hook up. I was on the highway at 1415 and headed home. I am one happy camper thanks to CW and I forgot all about the tooth pain. What a Day! Special Shout-out to Statesville, NC Camping world and their Service dept. Chad was my Tech and both Sandra and Nicole helped as service writers. I have read all the past issues with converters and such but my situation is different. I pulled my converter and tested, got 13.61VDC I went to the battery wires and showed no volts. I checked for an inline fuse but found none. I checked the fuses in the distribution panel and all were good. I followed the red wire form the converter into the distribution panel wf 8914 but do not see where the wire comes out that goes to the battery. I searched for wiring diagram but came up MT. I had the same problem. I put air lift in rear with 20psi and I was able to travel level. I go up two inches higher and set the WD hitch and then I go down to level. Works for me. My TW is 660lbs. I hope this helps. 2013 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi178Views0likes0Comments
