Re: Hybrid camping in Yellowstone....which is your fav CG?
We camped in Canyon in June 2010 and found it to be a great location. We used 2 batteries and a small solar panel. Then we went on to Grand Teton. Just from our experience I would recommend to allow plenty of time in Grand Teton. The 4 days we had there were not enough to do all of the exploring, hiking etc. The Lonely Planet has a great guide book to the area. (They recommend a cold local brew at the patio at Jackson Lake Lodge--we highly endorse this recommendation--watch a variety of wildlife overlooking the lake with the Tetons in the background)307Views0likes0Comments
