Hello All, I am new to the RV Scene. Bought a 1979 Dodge Tioga Class C. I have had one thing after another trying to get the thing smogged. Finally passed after I caved and took it to the mechanic. Turned out just needed a carb tune up. I took it on a short trip after which it melted a spark plug wire. Replaced and was on my way running not so great. Replaced plug in question tonight and notied the number 8 wire also was melting around the boot. Now I am really concerned. Number 6 and 8 are running extremely hot and melting wires. I doubt I will make it to my next destination of any distance without melting more wires. Could it be my exhaust manifolds are bad, clogged or something? Anybody else have this problem?
