Too exspensive, some grumpy people working. It is close to the Parks entrance, and obviously that's what your're paying a high price for. It could be a much nicer park, and maybe Westernrvparkowner should spend less time badgering members on the forum, and more time fixing up the park. jmo, yours may vary.Re: What's the price "tipping point" for you?I don't believe an apology is in order, read into that what ever you want.Re: What's the price "tipping point" for you?I didn't know that if I posted that you own "Rocky Mountain RV Park" it would be such a big deal. Oh, and it wasn't a friend, of a friend, of a friend. Just a friend. Oops, I guess I'm in bad taste again. :oRe: What's the price "tipping point" for you? westernrvparkowner wrote: I charge as much as I can. The more I offer, the more I can get. If wifi and cable are unimportant, why are there so many threads complaining when it either is unavailable or doesn't work. I do not need to justify anything, but this is a discussion where some people want to hear facts they hadn't considered and get the views and positions of others. The again, some people just want to complain. For example, gas is much cheaper than a year ago, but it is still a go to pricing gripe for some. As they say, some people would complain if they were hung with a new rope. Some friends of mine stayed at your park, Rocky Mountain RV Park, in Gardner, MT I will keep their comments to myself, but reviews can be read here. RV Park ReviewsRe: Pink stuff vs Air pressure - The VerdictIf air is used make sure you use an oilless compressor, or you will be blowing oil into you water system.Re: Why do we carry a spare tire around? You should always make sure the tire shop hand torques the lug nuts to spec. Over tightening can warp the rotors. Even though my tire shop says they are hand torqued, I re-torque them when I get home. Only takes about 10 minutes. FYI Sears has half off right now on torque wrenches. Oh, and never store them with the spring loaded, always back them down to 1. I'm very old school, I always carry a spare.Re: What is currently the shortest class B out there.A Class B needs a bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen, otherwise it's just a Camping Van,Re: Car Wash for SprinterIf its a Class B I would opt for a hand wash, and make sure they don't spray water in the heater, or fridge vents. Look for an RV wash company many will come to you. There are several here in Tucson. I know there is at least one in Ventura because we had them come out and wash 3 RVs.Re: suspension on dodge 3500 based class B campervanJust go slow, the bumps are not good for the gas/water lines, and connections. It will also loosen screws that hold the cabinets, and electrical connections. Rough roads or not, I suggest tightening all the ground connections on the bus bar, and connections to the breakers at least once a year. I have seen melted wires, bus bars, and fried breakers from wires vibrating loose. One of the causes of fires in RV's.Re: New to Travel Trailers - Nissan Pathfinder V6 TVMy opinion, get a different TV. With the wheel base of the Pathfinder, you want to stay under 20' total length. I have a 2011 V8 Pathfinder, 7,000 lb TC, with factory tow package. Almost the same drivetrain as the Armada. It was specifically purchased to tow a Lance 1685, with a GVW of 5,400, and a total length of just under 20'. This was as much trailer that I felt comfortable towing with our Pathfinder.
