Often large vehicles will signal it's OK to pass with left turn signal. Don't need a book to study ... the licence test is 10 questions on a computer and you need a resident Visa. Might be a different classification to drive a bus-sized vehicle

Tenacatita open again
Open again with people camping over the hill. Only two State police and all the hired guns are gone. Nothing to eat or drink so bring everything and there are very basic restrooms. Restaurants and stores nearby
