This can allow a smaller generator to start you air conditioner, for instance. Okay, I have only a 5500 Watt generator, it will run 2 a/c's and I can possibly run a 3rd a/c with the hybrid as long as I have the batteries charged but I am assuming the batteries will run down within a few hours so I don't think running a 3rd a/c would be a good option. From what your saying it will start the a/c but may not run the a/c for any length of time. I'm really not looking at running the 3rd a/c with the Inverter but all I really need is to run a hair dryer and microwave, But not at the same time, and run my residential fridge full time tho. So if I had the hybrid I could run the 2 a/c's off of the 5500 watt generator and run a hair dryer/microwave and the residential fridge with the Inverter? Is this correct?Witch Magnum Inverter?New to the power inverter's. Looking at the 3000 Watt Magnum Hybrid and the 2800 Watt Magnum. From my understanding the Hybrid will have a 240 Volt output and the 2800 Watt puts out 120 Volt. I only have 4 6 Volt batteries and looking to add 4 more 6 Volt batteries to my battery bank. Any help would be appreciated about on this.Using WFCO 75 amp to charge batteriesCan you use a WFCO 75 amp converter to charge a car battery? It would be the same as using it in the rv wouldn't it? I'm guessing also it is a one stage charging source of 75 amp charge. Thanks for your input.Re: Interconnect genny tank with fuel station tank?I'm guessing you can tee off supply line from genny tank to your pump. Thinking of doing the exact opposite so I can run my genny longer with out having to go out and fuel it up. Also thinking of replacing that pump also, It's not always reliable.Re: triple axle toy haulerJust be sure to check your shackles. I had mine break in half just after 2 years. Didn't expect that but I guess it's normal with a 3rd axle.Re: Please help me get new fridge cooling better...Being new you shouldn't have to do anything to make it work. It doesn't have to be cool in rv for fridge to work right. I added two 4" 120 volt fans from walmart installed them at the rear of fridge and made sure the top vent was vented properly. Mine had a big openning at the top and the air just stayed there and wouldn't go out vent in slide out. But i think yours should probley just go right put the top of the roof. I got the air flowing through the back and my cooling fans hardley come on during the day. Outside temps were 100 deg and fridge is 34, freezer is -10 setting is 6 and inside camper is 85-100 deg when im not there. The fans made a wonderfull improvement on mine.Re: Longer hoseGuess you could buy a 50' fuel hoes or heater hoes with quick connect fittings. It would take up space tho.Re: Need help- Leak at fresh water tank midnightsadie wrote: if its easy to get to? they make BARREL flanges, , you cut a hole in the tank,I,d cut the old plug out and put one in. also boat flanges . Yep. I think I would go with the flanges instead of gluing it.Re: Winter water supplyJust go with the heated hoes. Pirit hose works for us. That's the least of your worries.Re: Which is more important?Might try looking at a toy hauler. We only have one kiddo and she is 12 years old. No problems for us. We have a toy hauler and converted the back to her room it works great for us. Yes the winters are more difficult but you learn to work through them and learn how to trouble shoot your appliances. I would recommend a residential referagerator tho. There are many people with kiddo's full timing in rv's. Take a look on YouTube.
