You can read it here: 27223242Re: Test Drive #2 Smoking Calipers? Help me decide: In Or OutBill....gotta disagree with you on Bs in Florida. IMO, there's no cheaper place to buy them. I don't think there's anywhere else in the country to get a '99 RoadTrek for under $10k Plus, it was to be my ONLY vehicle. A C just won't do as a daily driver for me.Re: Trail Hitch based kayak rack for RoadtrekWelcome.Re: Test Drive #2 Smoking Calipers? Help me decide: In Or OutWell, I thank you all very much. I canceled the deal. Seriously bummed, but it's the right thing to do, even at $9900. I just can't afford a toy that will cost me, and be a replacement for my car. Wonderful dealer though: Brian at Daytona RVs in Port Orange; so if you're looking in the area, talk to him. Good man, that. Tell him Susan sent ya.Re: Trail Hitch based kayak rack for RoadtrekThey were probably talking about rvraxx.com, which appears to be out of business, but is shown here But here's something close to what you're looking for http://www.rvkayakrack.com/gallery.htmlRe: Coach Net ERS Emergency Trip Interruption: Collision only?Yes. It seems to be the norm to have it only for collision.Re: Test Drive #2 Smoking Calipers? Help me decide: In Or OutHe didn't say that. All I am sure of is that he looked at the rear wheels, and said they were disc. Never said anything about the front. I was being specific because *I* don't know what I'm talking about. And I guess my saying that he said the rear brakes were disc, brought about the confusion here. I just wanted to be clear, and in doing so, confused many here. My bad. Here's what happened: We were sitting on the side of the road while the brakes cooled, and he went to the rear of the vehicle, and said: Yeah, they're discs, as he was trying to figure things out. My specificity (due to being a careful clueless person on these matters) has confused many.Re: Test Drive #2 Smoking Calipers? Help me decide: In Or OutAck. I just don't know.Re: Coach Net ERS Emergency Trip Interruption: Collision only?Welp, they didn't respond via email. And ya, it does seem clear in the print, but sometimes pointing out the clarity of a statement, about it's lack of inclusivity, is a statement unto itself. So yes, I asked for clarity, though it was clear, and not oddly enough, they didn't respond. So, no "angst" (*ahem*). Just simple forethought. And more power to anyone who has never had a company deny what was said on the phone. I've had it happen at least 2x in my life, and I like to avoid that situation, so yes, I believe in the power of email. Once you tell a company you have an email "to that effect", you get soooo much farther than when you say "...but someone from your office said . . ." Nevertheless, they didn't respond, as they said they would, within 2 business days. Which, in and of itself, says a lot about them. I didn't know anything about this. I'm such an easterner!
