I would like to travel with it, and make it a comfortable trip (driving a while, stop, rest, etc.). The question is, can anyone recommend people who tow 5th wheels in the Hubert, NC area who would pull my 5th wheel and would take me with it? I live in my 2001 Cedar Creek RV and had the RV brought here last year so I could have surgery. I’m a disabled senior.Re: Furnace Sub. SF-30F fan speed affected by electric service? NORM WADDELL wrote: IF you are having current fluctuations without you changing the load, that is caused by VOLTAGE (driving force for the current) fluctuations. Get a small voltmeter ( a few dollars at WalMart or other stores, or borrow one from a neighbor or the management of the park)......plug it in and see what your voltage is......should be between say 110 volts and 130 volts........will decrease as you add load.........if it changes withOUT you changing load (or an automatic change such as an airconditioner cycle on/off), there is a power problem with the circuit feeding your R V. Have the campground get that repaired. And: Your furnace blower runs on 12vdc not ac. That may be battery/converter problem. I spoke to the campground management - they will come and check when it stops raining. I also have a problem with the low energy use heater I have plugged into the 110V separately not running through the RV. My RV is 30 amp.Re: Furnace Sub. SF-30F fan speed affected by electric service?Nothing is cycling on/off - will bother a neighbor with a voltmeter - thanks! GrandmasHomeFurnace Sub. SF-30F fan speed affected by electric service?I'm experiencing fluctuation in current coming to RV from electric box - it affects my coffee maker (very bad - must wait too long!!!) but sometimes it's ok. I do rely on my furnace - but wonder if the current coming to that is affected as well and is it adverse to fan speed? Don't know if it's an issue, but wondered. Others in my campground said they experience electric fluctuations as well. I worry because if fan speed is too slow it could cause enclosure to become too hot . . . ? GrandmashomeRe: Led lightsI got my leds from Super Bright LEDs Inc. St. Louis Missouri, USA, their website superbrightleds.com. Many of them are not regular twist in, but can be adapted.Re: Cedar creek 2' of snow part two.Snow is an issue for sure, but Cedar Creek's are tough! My roof has been assailed numerous times, by acts of God and others. Still hanging in. I've called neighbors about other winter related issues, not being able to get online fast enough, or service just not available. But boy, do I appreciate all the great advice I've gotten on this site. Most important, is keeping yourself safe. I viewed a satellite view of your mountain home and all I could see was snow and tall trees! Take care.Re: Friend is so fortunate! Thanks for sharing. I've had some wonderful rv neighbors as well. Hope his hand heals quick!Re: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!Happy, healthy, safe, prosperous New Year to all!Re: When do you wrap the drain lines?Hi there. Just asked a local here where it will be going down to teens and 20s tonight. Drains to sewer don't have to be wrapped but in hoses and ground water outlet should be.
