Just take your time, enjoy the view, and use the pullouts to let the fast cars by.Re: rear overhang/clearance issues?I periodically bottom out coming out of my driveway (backing). The impact is at the hitch receiver.Re: 08 Seneca 35GSI live in Oregon and, unless I'm in town, I use the exhaust brake. On the interstate, I'm in cruise control. Personally, I find the exhaust brake a positive experience, save the noise it creates. I typically drive slower than traffic. Guess they're in a bigger hurry than I am.Re: 08 Seneca 35GSI have an 08 35GS and am very happy with it. Mine had the 17K springs, so I added SuperSprings to it. Greatly improved the rear end sag and overall ride. Additionally, I upgraded my shocks to Koni. When I bought mine, it came with a SuperSteer stabilizer and a rear trac bar. Great looking rig, great running rig. You'll be pleased.Re: Our new phone and tablet charging stationVery nicely done.Re: Help with Jayco Seneca 37TSWe own a 2008 35GS and love the Seneca. Good power up the mountains and highways here in Oregon. The coach is very well built and the quality is up there. Of course, the newer models will be substantially different, but I would assume that they only got better.Re: Rear springs for a kodiak 5500If you were in this neck of the woods, I'd send you to Henderson's Lineup. You might do a search for RV Suspension shops in your area or call a nearby RV dealer to see what they can do for you. 6 days is short notice, though. Good luck!Re: HelloHello and welcome ... we're taking delivery on an 08 Jayco Seneca HD GS35 Wednesday. Have an older class A on the consignment lot, hoping it will sell soon.Re: traveling with firearmsA lot of misinformation found here. I have a permit to carry concealed in the state of Oregon. Several states allow reciprocity. Many do not. Best to know what your license gives you permission to do. One issue that bothers me is the unreasonable search issue. Last time I checked, that Constitutional amendment was still in effect. Of course, what qualifies as reasonable or unreasonable search is another topic for heated debate. Although I'd like to carry in the motorcoach, I typically don't because of the complications involved...that and the fact that I'm only 30 miles north of California and go through the border often. Hopefully, my docile dogs will wake up in the event of a junkie trying to break in :) Happy motoring guys and gals!
