How many of us out there?Sold my 2017 19G For reference, 88k miles, I added a power inverter, painted the interior white, and that's about it. I got $45,000 for it.Re: Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?Just got back from a 350mi trip to see some family, cat approved. If I can't seem to sell it, I might as well enjoy it (until it does sell). I've been told RV Trader is a good place. It's just on Craigslist and FB Marketplace now, but I've only gotten a few tire kickers there. When I was looking I found the most that I was interested were found at Smart RV Guide There are some 19Gs listed there. Thanks - I tossed it up there : )Re: Buying a Former Rental Class C. Apparently the ones they were using were 'too difficult to use' and causing customer issues. In my case it was 'too difficult to install' and CA are returning my money. Are you sure that this is nationwide and not site specific?Re: Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there? Is anyone going to be in the market for a 19G within the next 0-2 months? We have a low mile (87-88k, I forget) that I will be listing soon.Re: Class C RV cost in the Covid era... SJ-Chris wrote: Yes, I understand what you are talking about regarding financing. But people are usually putting some money down and financing the rest so I don't think lender valuation will be too much of an issue. -Chris Another data point... We bought our 19G last year, 86k miles and just under $45k all in and put nothing down. They assisted with financing through America First CU without any issues. Great credit, two financed cars, mortgage, one salary, and no cc debt. No issues with valuation :)Re: Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there? If anyone is in the market for the 19G, we will be selling ours soon. It's a 2017, 87k miles or so, and I've painted the interior white (among some other beautifications). We bought it late last year, used it a few times locally, and worked out all the kinks :) The best thing we did was to add a surge protector that will operate without the need for the generator or being plugged into shore power. Otherwise, it has new tires, new 12v, new house battery, and lower hours on the genny. With the power converter and surge protector set-up, we have eliminated the need to rely on the generator when out in the boondocks : ) There are NO 19G units via Cruise America at this time...Re: Buying a Former Rental Class C. But luckily I'm too busy at work to start this remodel. ;) MtnBikeMarty Pay some neighborhood kids to paint it, lol. It's exhaustive!Re: Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?Update - I believe I was wrong. You should be able to empty your gray water tank without emptying your black water tank as they're operated by two separate release valves (Majestic 19G). They have one primary tube (?) that they both connect to for the (waste) water to come out of. So yes, you can open one value without the other (duh)...I just only ever emptied the black then the gray. I was apparently seeing tunnel vision : ) so pardon any confusion, sorry.
