I only want 1K for this........Re: size of hitch 16k or 20kMost of the fifth wheel hitches you will be happy with. It's amazing to see that everyone on here knows exactly which hitch would be best for YOU........... Buy the hitch that you feel is the right one for you.Re: Atwood water heater humming noiseSounds like check valve.......Re: Hitch Recommendations for 2017 Ford Puck System??? jpjulian wrote: We have no experience with any other hitch than a Reese. I put a Reese Elite 25K puck hitch on our 2015 dually. It works well. This thread is similar to the which truck is best threads. There aren't really any wrong answers. Joe You will be happy with the Reese........they are good!!Re: Proof that I actually have a new FW! laknox wrote: Hadn't had a chance to do this before, and have caught some flak for it, so here it is (at least one pic, anyway). :B https://photos.app.goo.gl/SmFafVM72F7vLBna2 Lyle Looks good Lyle!!Re: Owners of Reese Elite 5th Wheel Hitch Red-Rover wrote: I recently bought a used 2013 Reese Elite 5th wheel hitch and am questioning jaw position when engaging the trailer kingpin. When I open the jaw by pulling back the lever to the lock open position, the throat of the hitch is still partially blocked by some of the jaw.Is this normal and does this move out of the way when trailer kingpin bears against it? Yes this is normal.......Re: Hitch Recommendations for 2017 Ford Puck System??? X2 These are great hitches. Re: Locking B&W Companion Ford OEM SidecarFlip wrote: jkwilson wrote: OutdoorPhotographer wrote: I don't want a lock that is easy to cut. No such thing! You can open most locks faster with one of these than with the key. :E A CO2 fire extingusher is much quieter that a whizzy wheel and does the same deed. You freeze the shackle and a light tap with a hammer, shatters it. X2 exactly what I was going to say......... Don't you guys have INSURANCE???????Re: installing rv shocks 1jeep wrote: lee...glad yours rides smoother after, what pressure are you running? mine are at 110psi. even my wife has noticed the trailer rides rougher now, doors are found open...this never occurred with the cheap soft factory tires. Looks like the Monroe kit has been discontinued. only choice I see is joyrider, LPI or make my own which could possibly cost more then the LPI when im finished. Why don't you drop air pressure down to 100psi or lower?? They say you don't have to rum 110.Re: Is This Level Enough?I don't think measuring the front and rear of the trailer will give you an accurate trailer level. What about hooking trailer up, finding a level parking lot and using a 4' level INSIDE the trailer on the floor?? I believe that is more accurate..........
