Long Post!I would also urge you not to buy this rig. It will end up costing a lot of money and work to bring back to life and up to your acceptable level of performance. NO, NO, A THOUSAND TIMES NO !!Re: (Gasoline) fuel injector cleaningI have had great results with Sea Foam. Add the correct amount for the size of the fuel tank and drive. Best price I have found is at Walmart, half the price that the auto parts stores charge.Re: From Yuma to Vegas 95?US95 between Yuma and Vegas is really fairly flat. There may be some increase in elevation, but no real grades or passes. I usually stay on the east side of the river on AZ95 between I-10 and I-40. That section of US95 in CA was very rough the last time I was there. This may have been improved. As to fuel stops, the total distance is a little over 300 miles. There should be fuel in any of the towns you pass through. Try to avoid buying fuel in Needles. Very high priced. Bullhead City, AZ usually has pretty good fuel prices and there is a Sam's Club there if you are members. There should be no problems with this route. Stay safe!Re: Where are your favorite spots along I5 in Northern CA?If you are interested in casino camping, the Rolling Hills Casino, just south of Corning.Re: Spokane Wa. area to Yuma or Tucson avoiding snow in JanuaryWe have traveled south after Christmas several times. I would recommend I-5 and watch the weather for a good time to cross the Siskiyous. We usually take US97 to I-84 and I-205 around Portland to get on I-5. That pass south of Ashland is the most likely place for snow. Rolling Hills Casino is a good stopping place. I would stay on I-5 until SR46 at Lost hills CA. Head east on SR46 to US99 then South to SR58. Check out the Orqnge Grove RV Park just east of Bakersfield. Head east on SR58 to Barstow where you can take I-40 east into AZ AZ95 (NOT US95 in CA) on the east side of the Colorado River is a good road through Lake Havasu and Quartsite south to Yuma.Re: rv repair in Las VegasI have had really good service from Discount RV Repair, in Henderson, NV He will come to whereever you are. http://discountrvrepair.com/Re: seattle to flagstaff next weekYou will need to watch the weather carefully. The following web-sites are very helpful. Oregon http://www.tripcheck.com/, Idaho http://hb.511.idaho.gov/main., Nevada http://www.safetravelusa.com/nv/#, Washington http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/passes/ After you cross Snoqualmie, you will need to check on the stretch between Pendleton, OR and Baker City, OR, Deadman Pass. Unless you really want to visit SLC, US93 south from Twin Falls, ID is a good route to LV. and saves you several miles. Be prepared for cold weather until you reach southern NV. Stay safe and enjoy.Re: RV Park with full hookups near Concrete WA ?Just a few miles east of Concrete is Howard Miller Steelhead Park at Rockport. This is operated by the county and has water and electric at the sites, with a dump station available. A very nice park. Check it out here http://5starcampgrounds.com/howard-miller-steelhead-park/ There is also the Rockport State Park, but the amenities are better at Steelhead Park. You will defiantly need reservations.Re: Bakersfield to TemeculaI agree with Gemstone. 58 to 395 to 15. I would recommend staying on 15 as opposed to taking 215. I use this route all the time. Stay safe.
