With my 32 ft I don't have much luck backing trailers with it. The other concern would be parking at the boat ramp with trailer attachedUsing a foam lance to wash RVI just gave the motorhome a bath today and used my new foam lance(also known as foam cannon or foam gun). A foam lance is a pressure washer attatchment that you fill the bottle with soap and water and it turns it into thick foam that it sprays at low pressure. They sell special soap but I have found it works pretty well with any normal car wash soap, laundry detergent, or dish detergent. It makes it a bit easier because you can spray soap foam on the motorhome and start washing with a long handled washing mop and not have to keep dipping in a bucket to keep soaped up. I didn't buy it to use on the RV but it sure is a help. I got mine for about 65 bucks on amazon but you can get them other places on the web. There are some videos of them in action on youtube for those that are interested.Re: Performance upgrade options for V10what rear gears do you have. With cruise at 70 as soon as I hit a hill that I know I will lose speed on I put the pedal to the floor. This drops to 4th gear and 3800 rpm with a 4.56 rear. It will rarely ever drop below 58 where it shifts to 3rd. This is a 32 ft class c towing 5000 lbs.Re: How high is the tax in your stateJust got the first PPT bill for my 2015 sunseeker 3170 it was $1650 in chesterfield county VA. I really dislike the idea of personal property tax on vehicles. It penalizes people that choose one type of recreation over another. If I spent all my money on stamp collecting, building ships in bottles or chasing wild women I wouldn't owe any extra tax on my hobby. But since I want to travel in a motorhome apparently I pay 1650 bucks this year for making that choice for a hobby.Re: real world fuel mileageE450 32 ft class c. I get 7 mpg pretty much every fill up. No more no lessRe: Average gas mileage on C class32 ft ford e450 v10. 7-8 mpg probably closer to 7 than 8 towing a 18 ft car hauler with a polaris rzr offroad buggy and atv, and going the speedlimit +/- 5 mph.Re: Adventures in alignment or wanderer no moreQuigley like a 4x4 setup? I know some 4x4 use those bushings but I have no idea which model running gear quigley usesRe: Becoming diesel gunshyI know multiple people in my personal life who have had Diesel engines replaced and more that have had very expensive repairs. Don't hear about any of the gasser owners having any major expensive problems. If we still had the 5.9 cummins and 7.3 powerstroke then diesel would still be a good option.Re: Used Class C, how do I price one?Ppl has a list of what units sold for. So you can see what others have paidRe: New truck deal todayCongrats on the new truck. The 6.4 hemi seems to be a really nice engine.
