Thanks I posted a topic on "tech stuff forum" about the shower pressure. We are only getting a trickle of water from ours ... not enough to really use. We have been just connecting to the shore line, but was wondering if we should fill the fresh water tank and use the water pump. A lot of people mentioned buying an oxygenic shower head. Any thoughts? CarlaRe: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!Thanks for the link. We actually purchased the 2009 model and picked it up on June 4th. I'll try and get some more pictures on-line soon.Re: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!In regards to our landing gear & remote control and the blown 30 amp fuse in the battery compartment, thanks to all of you! After finally getting the right fuse, everything works like a charm again. We really appreciate it! Next question? Does anyone know how many amps the washer/dryer uses. We are currently at a 30 amp site and one of the a/c uses 20 amps. Just wondering if I could use both w/o tripping the switch. cdelv66Re: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!Hi all ... We picked up our 2009 Designer last week and are currently trying to figure everything out. We had to move to a second site with 30 amp service and now the front jack remote control system and the ret/ext buttons in the RV don't work. I tried turning the on/off button on the receiver box and the main circuit breaker. Does anyone know anything about this? Is it possible there's not enough "juice" to run the motorized landing gear and I'll have to get the old fashioned crank out?Re: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!Hi Everyone ... Just trying to get caught up on all the recent blogs ... I've been out of commission the last few weeks due to some surgery and an unfortunate cancer diagnosis. But, I'm feeling great and looking forward to picking up our Designer this Wednesday! We can not wait. We have a reservation at a local campground for the first week to try things out and make sure we know what we're doing. I'll keep you posted on how things go and hopefully get some new pics on the 2009 model for all of you.Re: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!We ordered a 2009 model since we were a little late in ordering. Anyhow, we went over all the options & standards with the sales rep. and I don't remember anything called "polar barrier". Interesting ... Interior Changes / Enhancements: Changed to hardwood cabinet, upgraded residential Frieze style carpet with high-density padding, New Slate floor vinyl w/ accentuated grout lines, upgraded and redesigned interior decorative light package, New Euro-style glass overhead cabinet inserts in living area, Increased under bed storage capacity with dual ABS oversized storage bins, Eliminated bed lift mechanism, replaced 26" TV w/ 32", Added and overhead cabinet above dinette, Added an adjustable shower head, Changed to a Multi-Media Premium Sound System. CarlaRe: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!Our salesman showed us the extra storage in the dinette chairs during our first walk through. I thought it was pretty cool, too. To ewagner: I just purchased our 08 White Chevy 3500 HD D/A Dually too. Absolutely love it! Let me know what you end up doing with the design. It crossed my mind, too.Re: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!Hi Frank ... I respect your position as the moderator ... However, as a newbie to the rv world, I find comfort in getting the answers to my general questions from other Jayco Designer owners ... there's a sense of security and familiarity chatting with the same folks ... It's kind of like talking with family. I've learned so much from this forum. Just my opinion. Thanks.
