Electrical Question
I have a 5th wheel 1989 Terry by Fleetwood. I'm wondering about my breaker box, I just got some new breakers for it and was wondering if I can upgrade my main breaker from 30 amp to 40 or 50 amp? would it cause any electrical issues? I was gonna add in another breaker that'll power maybe 2-3 outlets and I don't want my main breaker flipping due to excess load. I don't want to cause any electrical fires when I'm away from my camper especially since winter is coming up and I'll be maybe running one heater and and thermal wrap to keep my water from freezing.322Views0likes3CommentsBad Coverter Charger?
I have a 1989 Terry Resort by Fleetwood with a Magnetek Convertor Charger TU-740-2 and I think it might have failed. Lights were on and then suddenly they shut off, I checked the fuse block and I'm not receiving power to it (I used a non-contact voltage tester for the time being) I'm receiving power at the plug in and up to the box but no power coming out. Sorry for the really late reply. I have a awning on the window and I put it down after that leak and haven't had a leak since then so I'm thinking its the window or where the awning sits when its not out. I'm living in a 86 terry by fleetwood. I don't trust my furnace from terralab engineers running 24/7 so I'm wondering on the ol amazon diesel heaters which would solve a lot of my problems since I'm living in MN so I'm wondering if anyone else done the same. I want it to be safe since I have a dog so hopefully no carbon dioxide or minimal to where I can keep fresh air flowing through. A couple of diesel heaters I'm looking at is Vevor and I'm wondering if I can install the heater under my camper and run the ducts where I need them to be.
