And would they work with a tandem axel??Re: using BAL levelers Nvr2loud wrote: First off... you are going to have a whole lot of people flame you for calling them levelers, be prepared for that LOL Secondly... I use 6 of the scissor jack stabilizers on my trailer. Two of them are BAL and the other 4 are Husky. I use two at the front corners, a pair just in front of the front axle, and a pair just behind the rear axle. That allows me to lift to stabilize and fine-tune level. Do not lift the trailer very far behind the rear axle, you will not like the results. How and where did you mount the Huskys?? To the frame, axels,???using BAL levelersWe have a Keystone Bullet Premier (22RBPR) that has a dry weight on 4650 lbs. I have one BAL 28050 leveler (from prior popup trailer days) and was wondering if anyone is using two BALs on a dual axel TT? I have tried to find out the weight limit on the BAL 28050 but specs are not listed on line that I could see. I have plenty of space between the two tires (about 20") so that is not an issue. Also....anyone using the Camco 44753 tri leveler?? Looks interesting and had pretty good product reviews. I'm wondering about ease of use and how to chock tires when they're up on a higher level???run fan on 20 amp? When parked at home I only have a 20 amp service to plug in TT. (2013 Keystone Bullett Premier). I know I can plug a small fan (home type) into the 110 in the TT, but can I use the TT fan (only fan, not AC), or does it take a 30 amp service to run unit?anyone tow with f150 with 3.7 v6?We're looking into a smaller TT (around 4500 lbs dry wt) and wonder if anyone has had any experience with the newer (2010 and above) ford f150 with the 3.7 v6. I know the 5.0 v8 will do but I think the v6 will get better mpg just driving without towing. (I'm not really thinking of the new 3.5 ecoboost as I've read too many bad things about that motor - stalling, etc. + they're quite a bit more expensive)
