Thanks for the reply Teacher's Pet. We're planning to spend a few days in San Antonio, followed by 5 weeks in Mission,so what do you think about this route. Your route to Texarkana then: I-59 S to Marshall 43 to Henderson 77 to Lincoln 21 to 130 S 130 to I-10 to San Antonio I-37 S to Mission This last part was suggested in another post. Good Morning Greetings! We are Bob & Cathy from Grand Valley,On,Canada. My wife & I will be travelling from Grand Valley to Mission Texas, leaving either Sat., Jan. 6/18 or Sunday Jan. 7 Aside from the current deep freeze everywhere, they are calling for 10-15 cms of snow in the London area on the 401. I had my route planned for 401 to 402 to Sarnia, then South after crossing the border via Cincinatti,Memphis,San Antonio,Mission. I'm now wondering if I'm better off going west from Sarnia to I57 near Chicago, then South via Memphis,San Antonio, Mission. The weather indicates somewhat milder temperatures. I'm just not sure about the Sarnia to Chicago section. Does anyone have any input on this? Can't wait to leave! With the windchill they're calling for -32C (-25.6F) tomorrow. Don't mean to hijack the thread, but we are also going down to that area(Mission,TX) in Jan/18, but want to spend a couple days in San Antonio.
