We are trying to get to SW 8th St, Miami, FL I'm looking on the map and it shows we would take 75 down to 41. google says there are no tolls that way. Im suspect of that though. Can anyone confirm that? every mapper im looking at shows no tolls as well however I'm still skeptical even after using that sunpass toll calculator Anyone know? There is 1 toll on 75 crossing alligator alley. It is about 1/2 way across at State Road 93 and 75. No tolls I know of on 41 though, or can remember. http://www.tollfinder.com/states/FL/toll/50/alligator-alley-i-75-fl-state-road-93/Re: Toll $ in florida pulling auto transport trailer w/ priusHere is a calculator for the turnpike:http: //floridasturnpike.com/TollCalcV5/index.htm Here is SunPass: https://www.sunpass.com/tollCalculator Hope it helps you on knowing the prices at least.Re: RV show blues Steeljag wrote: Do they also have pre-owned class As at the show? Not that I saw, but with the local dealers doing most of the showing, they will ask you to come to their lot, then the fun begins.... Of course Camping World, Lazy Days, and North Trail come to mind of ones I saw there. North Trail is in Ft. Myers, and is the farthest away, but represented numerous new ones there.Re: RV show bluesI went to the Tampa show today. Enjoyed it. Never been to one this large before. Got to see a ton of different brands and models. Watched the crowd and talked to other customers. Got questions answered about the brand from the manufacturer or rep/dealer that I could not find on-line. Got to parking lot around 9am. Drove right in after paying $6 to park. I was not sure they were charging, but was ready if they did. Paid $6 to get in. $10 for sausage and onion roll plus a soda. Cost me $20 in gas to get there and back (1.5-2 hrs away). So for $42, I had a me day. Took my time. Looked at what I wanted. Asked questions I wanted. Got a little sun. Beats reading the ad's for all the brands, and not knowing answers you want, and it was close. To each their own. Weather tomorrow is suppose to be bad. Heard a few dealer reps say they are moving their rigs due to mud expectations.Re: custom cabinets and woodworkSince you are in Atlanta, and close to Florida as a bird flies, I have not used him, but Donnie Myers in Sanford Florida, who works on Provosts, has a great reputation for quality material and workmanship. Not only that, but they can do it all, mechanical, plumbing, woodworking, etc.
