Jordan river is nice too and its about an hour from Victoria. Its right at the mouth of the river as it enters the ocean. Stay on the river side of the camp ground, less windy there. It can be done, and with a dually the only way unless you want to drop your drive shaft and risk the front end damage from towing. I am having some difficulty with the two rear motor heads on my jacks. One seized up and the other is really noisy, so I emailed Happijac about repair costs and this is what I got. If the motor head has not been used in a while it is possible that the brushes on the motor have begun to seize. SOMETIMES you can break them free by inserting the manual hand crank in the socket (leaving the lever in the up position) and attempt to turn the handle ΒΌ turn. If this does not work and you are mechanical you could attempt to take the top cover off the motor head (6 screws with square head insert) and pull the gears exposing the top of the motor spindle. Wrap the spindle with a rag and apply vise grips and attempt to turn the motor. If this fails we have a program to refurbish the motor head for $59.95. ( But does not include shipping (( this could be a high cost because of the weight and distance from and to 84037)) ). We also have refurbished motor heads for $95.00 or new motor heads for $179.95 AN RGA MUST BE CREATED BEFORE SENDING IN THE PRODUCT. ( You can call 800 231 7440 to acquire an RGA) In addition to the above quote I also received (6) pdf documents that contain parts list and repair instruction. Good morning TraciK, Here is what I use because my driveway slopes in not one direction, but two. Each leg is adjusted independently. As seen in the picture the difference in height is around 6-8" from front to back. How I unload in my sloping driveway is as follows: I first lower all the jacks, but don't let any touch the ground yet. I then lower the drivers side front jack to level the camper left to right. I then lower the passenger front jack so it is just touching and then I engage both front jacks to bring the camper to a level plane. I then extend the rear jacks so they are both just touching and then raise all four jacks until I can drive the truck out. I slide the base under and re-level all four corners of the base and lower the camper down to share the weight between the jacks and the base. In regards to unloading in your sloped driveway, depending on the slope of course, I would build some ramps for the front castors of your dolly to sit on. The top of the ramp I think should have a pocket for the castor to nest into with a wheel chock on the downward side to prevent the castors from being able to roll out of the ramp pocket.
