I actually looked into this idea a year or two ago. At the time I found Industrial Seat Co. made an air ride pedestal that fit my Captains Chairs for around $300.00 a side. I drive a Freightliner for work and think this would help. The best help is the most expensive and it would be to convert the rear spring set-up to air ride like in a semi.
