Watch my house & property in outskirts of rural NW town close to Olympic National Park in exchange for 12'x40' covered RV spot. Power,water ,sewer hook-ups.Large work shop available, for your winter projects,welder,table saw etc.Private setting on 7 1/2 acres, close to year-round trout lake,20 minutes to clam & oyster digging,2 hrs to ski resorts 60 miles to Ocean for winter razor clam digs. 30 minutes to Olympia rainy days ,some possible brief snow days & lots of privacy & fresh air.
