It will be a 'real' mattress so hopefully it treats my back better than the mattress that came with it.Re: Northeast Lakeside Campground Recommendations? We really enjoy Danforth Bay in Freedom, NH. We're not boaters so I don't know the rules on PWC. They allow regular boats.Re: Anyone use the RV park at Disney worldWe drove through it a couple of weeks ago when we were on vacation (not camping). We decided it was a place that we could stay. Clean, well laid out, not as crowded as many of the campgrounds we've seen at destination areas. Given the access and the facilities we didn't think it was unreasonably priced....it is Disney.Re: To sofa or no sofaOur first TT didn't have a sofa and when we went to one with a sofa we didn't know how we lived without it. We are outdoors most of the time but on rainy days and cold mornings it's much more comfortable than sitting in the dinette.Re: TT vs. 5th wheel: ease of towing Hannibal wrote: I've been pulling a 5th wheel for 20 years after our last TT. Rolling down the interstate, I prefer the 5th wheel. We don't even feel passing trucks. Backing into a spot, I prefer the TT. The 5th wheel doesn't respond to the steering wheels of the truck like a TT does with the pivot point at hitch and 5' of leverage. I'd like to go back to a smaller TT. Wife wants a 48' two story plantation style 5th wheel. She doesn't drive with any of them hitched up. I agree entirely. We switched from a TT to 5th wheel late last year. The difference in towing was amazing. Backing was a little more difficult but we plan to get that down this summer.Re: Cooking questionIn the past 10 years I think we've only cooked inside 4-5 times. We have a Coleman Road Trip with a variety of inserts (Burner, griddle, grill). I really like using it but it's kind of a pain to clean. our new camper has a mini outdoor kitchen with stove that we will try this year.
