They mis ordered it and their salesman admitted to messing it up and they wouldnt help me and said I signed the purchase order so I was stuck with it. Then when I finally took delivery of it I checked the tires and they were at 60 psi so I asked them to fill them a bit and they couldnt find an air chuck to fill them. Bottom line is I will never trust richardsons rv to purchase or touch anything I own again. The owners a jerk too. Sorry, had to vent. I decided not to flip my axles. I have 7 inches off clearance at the back of my bed The trailer does not pull level but I'm okay with that. I will use eclipse for any work that I need to have done. They did a great job on all of my warranty work.
