Small generators - Oil leaks typical?
Went to move my Ryobi RYI2000T after sitting for a ~year and found most of the oil had leaked out. No obvious oil leaking when I last used it. It's 4yrs old and used very little. Not finding an obvious fix on the internet. It only holds ~1/2 of a quart so not a huge problem - just aggravating.2.4KViews0likes10CommentsRe: Camping with 10 month old grandson - dining solution?
Thanks everyone....typical great advice and discussion. We had our family vacation several weeks ago with all the grandkids in a condo. I was reminded how much of a food mess a 10 month old can make. We have a fold up high chair but I was thinking (or over thinking) there has to be a better way when camping. My first thought was put him in the bath tub and let him go at it...hose him off afterwards...didn't go over well with DW. Love all of the chair options - clamp on the table looks great. Still planning on "poppa in a tent" for now....with a Comfort inn option 10 miles away :)637Views0likes0CommentsCamping with 10 month old grandson - dining solution?
Looking for advice. Will be camping with my 10 month old grandson...along with 2 other adults and 4 yr. old granddaughter in a 27ft travel trailer (with slide-out). We are thinking we have figured out the sleeping arrangements (I've been kicked out into a tent); anyone have a solution for a ten month old dining arrangement? Planning on towing my 6500lb trailer in the West VA mountains and looking for a torque curve for my 2001 suburban 6.0l (gas). It’s ok in the VA mountains but will be “stretching it out” in the WVA mountains. Would be good to know the optimum RPM range. Ok...looks like I'm forced to confess. Forgot to put the pin in my hitch while leaving a campground in Cherokee NC. Made it out of the campground to the highway stop sign. Trailer hit the ground; thought someone slammed into us. Had an audience in the campground....lots of laughs...nothing hurt but my ego.334Views0likes0Comments
