They had a guy deliver brake fluid in an hour and a half and they kept checking on me to make sure everything went okay. Talked to a tech as well. I give two thumbs up.Re: Toilet Question Ranger Smith wrote: It's used as a hand spray. You use it to wash your hands after wiping your butt with your hands . . . Sorry Couldn't resist LOL at Ranger, that was my second guess, that it was to wash your hands. I was thinking, "Gee why would I want to wash my hands over the toilet." I guess if you ran out of paper it would come in handy.Re: Are CB radios still used?I don't like CB or FRS radios as they tend to attract weirdos to my vehicle. On more than one occasion, calling to talk to somebody resulted in somebody stalking our vehicle and just being creepy with us. I would worry that calling out for distress out in the Mojave Desert would result in some weirdo coming out to get us. Maybe I'm just paranoid because of our two experiences. I don't like CB's. I feel that they make me a mark. "Hey this person is stranded and helpless out in the desert." I wish I had more faith in people.Toilet QuestionI notice that many of these dometic toilets come with something called "hand spray." What exactly is a hand spray? I'm imagining some kind of wand that allows you to clean the bowl when you're done? Is this a plus or something to not really worry about? I'm looking at the 310 model as an example.Water Pump Low Pressure in KitchenHello All, Hoping somebody else has had this problem so that I know what to do first. The problem I'm having is that the bathroom faucet runs great, shower runs good, toilet flushes normally. Kitchen water pressure however is a trickle. Comes out very weakly but it does come out. Also makes a different noise than when the pump activates constantly with the other faucet. The pump sort of comes on, then goes off, then comes on, then goes off. I don't see any water leaking anywhere as if there's a hose with a problem. Hopefully there isn't a leak somewhere that's not visible. Any thoughts as to why the kitchen pressure is so low? Thanks in advance.Re: Fear of Driving to the MountainsThanks everyone. I am driving a 2004 Thor Motor Coach, Class C. I believe it weighs about 11000 pounds or so.Fear of Driving to the MountainsI was hoping for any kind of tips for mountain driving. Basically I've read that driving a large motorhome on winding mountain roads is a challenge that can cause overheating, brake issues (overheating/not working). I was planning a trip up to San Gorgonio Wilderness (which is near Los Angeles/Big Bear area). It's a 22 mile road up to this wilderness area. I keep picturing myself going up fine and then on the return trip, I'm going down the mountain and suddenly my brakes are gone. Can anyone give me any pointers/tips so that I can aleve my worries? What I've learned so far from reading online: 1. Use 1st gear going up the mountain. 2. Use 2nd gear going down but if I start to go really fast, shift back down to 1st and go about 20 mph. 3. Use hard/short bursts occasionally when needed to slow decline rather than riding the brake. Are their any other tips you can give me? What should I do if I lose my brakes completely? Crash into the mountain or careen into the trees?Re: Has Anybody added a Vent Fan w/No 12v connection?Thank you fine gentlemen again. I will rip the fan housing apart to make sure there is no power there. If not, I will try to fish it through somehow taking care to plan my route to the power source.Has Anybody added a Vent Fan w/No 12v connection?I would like to get a vent fan for the bedroom. It doesn't appear there is any 12v connection here at the vent. Has anybody had success installing these kind of fans on vents with no connection by running wire or connecting to a light or something? Thanks
