There was no caulking where the walls and tub meet. While an easy fix (caulking), I was wondering if anyone had the same results with the shower. Otherwise I experience to date has been a good one! i was just looking at ours this afternoon, our shower has no sealant from the tub to the shower walls either. Glad you posted this cause I probably wouldn't have noticed it till it leaked all over the floor! Thanks! We were told during our walk through not to seal between the tower and the tub. This is intentionally left unsealed to allow for expansion and contraction. Apparently the top of the tub extends up behind the shower wall. We were told that the shower surround will shatter due to expansion / contraction during the winter months if this gap is sealed. I was told the same thing. It is a 1 piece unit and caulking that would cause you problems. I have not had any leaks and we have used the shower probably 30 times on our 31bhpr.Re: Keystone Premier 31 BHPR vs SolAire 317BHSK vs Aerolite 315We had narrowed our choices to the Solaire and the Premier. We had them both at about the same price, but decided on the Keystone because there was more storage. It had the pantry in the kitchen and a closet across from the bath. We have been on 4 trips the last 2 months and we love it. We have had 4 adults sleep in the bunkroom with no complaints. The other trips have been our 2 kids and 1 or 2 of there friends.Re: Outdoor kitchens and front endsI love my outside man cave. We set up the recliners and watch tv and love it. Beer fridge, great place to grill, cook breakfast, etc. My 19" tv developed a red line across it our first weekend out. The dealer replaced it with a 26". :)Re: New Truck.I have the 6.2. I get 8.5 to 10 towing. I have about 4000 miles all still stock.Re: Need help understanding (towing)There are a lot of things you can pull with a 1/2 ton. Question is will you like pulling it and will it be safe.Re: Does anyone have any good bologna (baloney) recipes?I second that. Cast iron skillet, medium heat, fry two slices of bologna until lightly browned, put a piece of american or cheddar cheese between the two slices and melt, add to toasted bread with mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato. Yum.Re: Best Navigation system for RV'ers?I just have a cheap Garmin Nuvi. A gps is a tool that should be used along with common sense and research. I always try to research my entire route online on Google maps before I go. I will use street view in any tricky sections and make notes of mileage and where I need turn. I have saved a lot of missed turns and u-turns by doing so.Re: Two wheel drive or 4x4? IDman wrote: Many folks think 4X4 is only for snow/sand. I have used ours many times on wet grass which is slick and on a slight grade that has loose gravel. You will never regret buying 4X4! Exactly. If you ever plan on even pulling of the side of a wet road with anything behind you and you will want 4x4.Re: looking at a 2009 34 FT WildwoodCheck with your local credit union. We bought a new and they had the best rates. 6 yrs for best rate and a little higher for 10 yrs but it had to be 30k or more. They were giving us 1.9 for 6 yrs.
