Re: Reviews on thousand trails camping pass?
Purchased the pass in 2022 thinking we would use it. In 2023 my wife became disabled and with my spine condition we are unable to use the camper and are in the process of selling it. I called Thousand Trails and they said I cannot opt out of the service. The woman on the phone was very condescending and told me to read my contract. She told me the only way to get out of the contract is if I pay the remainder of this year and next year. It is a time-share and the same issues of cancelling as all the rest. Look at the locations carefully!! The salesman told us we would be able to use it in several locations that when I called, Thousand Trails told me were not on my list and I would have to buy additional packages.1.4KViews0likes0Comments
