If this is the BAL 5.1 stabilizer system the circuit board controlling the switches is probably shutting down power to your jacks. We had this system on our 36' Connect travel trailer and had the same thing happen to it. BAL did not have any plans to fix this when I talked to them but they did send me a new control board which did the same thing the original board did. I removed the board, made a switch panel with rocker switches for the hitch jack and light and re-wired the stabilizer jacks direct to switches I mounted near the jack. This took the electronic board out of the system and I have not had any problems with it since.BAL 5.1 SS Stabilizer Quits Working
The BAL 5.1 Stabilizer system on our 2022 36' Connect travel trailer stops working when we use the electric tongue jack or stabilizer jacks. It does it mostly in warmer weather than in cooler weather. When running the tongue jack down it will just shut off like there is a circuit breaker or thermal cut off in the circuit board that shuts it down. It will stay off for 15 or 20 minutes before you can run the jack or stabilizers again. A real pain when setting up or taking down your unit. BAL was no help. They claim there is nothing wrong with it (like most of them do). They did send me a new circuit board with the switches but it did the same thing the original one did. I took the circuit board out, made a simple switch panel for the tongue jack and light switch and re-wired the stabilizer jacks to remote switches near each stabilizer. That works much better for me because with all of the switches at the jack you can't see how far the rear stabilizer jacks are down without going back there to look. All of the jacks now work really well and there are no shut downs in this system.
