Re: Truck with 5th wheel hitch rental
We are in a similar situation. We are from California. Traveling thru Wyoming and our transmission went out. Our truck is still under warranty. It is a Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5th wheel hitch. We were able to get the truck towed to a dealership (Yeti in Jackson, WY) they have had the truck for a month without doing anything. Our RV was towed to a camp location, where we stayed until we could get a rental car to get home. Our RV and truck are still in Wyoming. We need to get our 5th wheel home to California. Our truck needs to be towed to another dealership that will actually do some service so we can get our truck back. I have explored every avenue that I can think of to get a rental truck but have not found a rental truck that will pull our rig. Looks like we will need to get hot shots to pull the RV all the way home. If anyone has ideas on how to get our rig home please respond.597Views0likes1Comment
