In person, I talked to the Judge in Belton, South Carolina and ask her about the law, she said, if I came to her with a tenant that paid by the month that i would have give them the same as if they we're renting a house apartment, etc. The thing is even if she's wrong. She's the judge, so how you going to do anything with that, plus you have to use the Judge in your area here.676Views0likes1Comment
