I was out camping and my 5th wheel slid bending my landing gear. When I needed to get it loaded back up in my truck the gear wouldn't raise. I called Good Sam, and the first thing I realized when I get through phone prompt hell was how rude the actual person was when getting my information. After a couple of hours trying to find me a tow truck, they came said it would be $1700ish dollars for a 22 mile tow, and they would only cover $150 bucks of that amount! I pay $230 a year and the first time I need them they will only cover $150??? I have cancelled. Thank God I raised a mechanical son that was able to grab his work truck and come out to help.
