Looking for advice. I have been offered an 06 Lance 1161 on a 06 dodge 3500 dually 4sp auto, 5.9 turbo cumming s Diesel, crew cab long bed for a very nice price. They appear to have been well cared for. Is this enough truck for the camper?

I am starting to come up to speed. The 04 Lance 1161 tips the scales at 3495lbs. The 06 dodge 3500 4x4, dually, long bed, crew cab, 5.9 Commings diesel with a 4 sp automatic has a load capacity of 4680lbs.
Lance 1161 camper has a dry weight of 3495lbs and the truck maxes out at 4680lbs.The two units look new. Really been cared for. The truck also has air bags under the back.I have towed all over the country but know next to nothing about these big cab ...
