Brought it to dealership for warranty work and noticed my front cap has caved in. Dealership has contacted duthmen and they only authorized them for .3 hours of labor. Dealership has asked them for 4 hours. Now the service advisor asked for my help to contact them and have them approve the labor needed to fix the problem. What should i tell them when i call them?
