Your Nevada license is recognized in California but safety regulations, such as triple towing are not reciprocal. Your combination could be considered an unsafe vehicle and as such must be parked until made safe. In your example, depending on where you were stopped, it may be necessary to have your boat towed/impounded if it cannot be safely parked until you can remove it from the highway right of way....I hope this helps....Dennis Great info!!!
