But they're expensive as just over $300 each...Re: Slide design by Grand DesignMy old Fiver has one Switch for my all hydraulic slideouts! The slides out go out by “ease” on the Pump - little Bedroom is ALWAYS first, then usually the lighter Kitchen slide and then the biggest opposing slide albeit depending on tilt the 2 big slideouts may take turns fully extending. If necessary the manifold valves can determine if I only want a particular slide to extend. Retracting works the same - The Bedroom is always first. Does this help?Re: Residential fridgeHmmm I replaced our failed legacy Fridge with an Apt size Fridge and the longest time it’s been off between Campgrounds is 8 hours and the Ice Cream stays Frozen. Of course we Don’t open it while on the road. Not sure why there’s a problem unless maybe there’s not much in the Fridge.Re: Alternatives for Michelin XPS Ribs?I took my sole 7 year old XPS Rib to a tire dealer as is had very slight cracking this Spring His inspection did NOT leave him wanting to sell me a new tire! So I put it back on the Fiver….. I’m running Bridgestone Duravis on the other axle I lost one XPS Rib to a nail on a IL Tollway Tollbooth ramp! Thanks IL Tollway??Re: Which tire do I buy?Perhaps the heaviest (tire weight- most rubber & Steel?) and most expensive can be determinants I run Michelin XPS Ribs on one axle and Bridgestone Duravis on the other So far these expensive tires have been worth it as we usually travel 3-4 K miles annuallyRe: Roof AC Rep - Dometic Duo-Therm > Brisk Air II - QuestionsDid have to replace the Thermostat for my new Brisk Air 2 as my old 05 Montana had a legacy “fancy “ Dometic Thermostat with a remote and a phone style connector that I think they only made for 2 years… Replaced Thermostat With Dometic “Single Zone LCD Thermostat “ 3313192 AC/Furnace Online Wiring diagrams enabled connecting the old wiring in the wall minus the legacy connector. Extension Ladder with DW pushing the box and I on the roof pulling with a rope worked well enough The rest was “easy “ I’ve replaced both AC units that way.
