When a service dog has its vest on, it's working or training, thus, they were violating my rights, as we are the trainers as well as handlers. Fair housing is investigating thus, as there are many witnesses to what they did, and the harassment they inflicted on me personally! I am not a lawyer, however, I DO know my rights and this place has no gestation violating them, not to mention the environmental issues, that I didn't mention. Don't say someone is within their rights until you have the facts. Granted, this is just my side, but, no one us allowed to ask WHAT your condition is or ask for your medical records. My husband, son & I stayed at the Morehead RV/Trailer Park in Tracy, CA. We got a puppy we are training as a service animal, and is a large breed dog. This park has an 18 lb. size limit on all dogs, however, as a service dog/service dog in training, they can not dictate my dog, yet, they hounded us for justification for having this dog.So much so, we decided to pack up and leave. An FYI, service animals are allowed public access as long as they are in compliance with the ADA laws, rules and regs.
