I am from Sackville New Brunswick which you passed through on your way to and from Nova Scotia. FCRe: Crossing into Canada at Callis, what should we expect? They just opened a new Customs crossing a few years back. Its a little up river from Calais \St Stephen but its a much larger facility. JM2CWRe: Coastal Maine campground recommendationsBayleys RV Resort in Scarboro is pretty hard to beat Full service with lots of on site activities and very short drive to Old Orchard Beach. JM2CWRe: I don't know what this is.Our Georgetown motorhome has this system. They only installed it one year I believe.Re: BransonWe stayed with a group at the KOA and had a great visit. Expect to take another group there this summer. JM2CWRe: Southeastern Wisconsin to Mt. Rushmore- need advice:)I would recommend the drive through the Badlands as one of the very important visits on your trip there. Also the Needles |Highway in the Rushmore area. We were there for a few days last summer and really enjoyed these stops as well as Wall Drugs, and Mount Rushmore. We visited Mt Rushmore on July 3 and they had actors playing the parts of some of the presidents. Great area to visit JM2CWRe: Quebec city campground suggestionsThe KOA is about the best in the area. The tour right from the front door for 1/2 day allowed us to stay another 3 hours to walk around the OLd City and to get a shuttle back to the campground. Transit is OK but much farther out. JM2CWRe: Edmundston NB area & CG recommendationsThree hours south and you will be in the Provincial capital and bound to be lots of activities going on there. JM2CWRe: trip to Niagara FallsThere are some really great wineries to visit on the Canadian side, as well as visiting Niagara on the Lake also on the Canadian side. JM2CWRe: trip to Niagara FallsWe drove in a caravan from north to south and south to north about 3 years ago 219 all the way to I 90 and then on to Niagara. Will you cross over to the Canadian side as the easiest cross over is from Buffalo. We have a 35 ft motorhome towing and we stayed at a decent campground in the Kane area. Right off the 219. Foote Rest Campground, Lantz Corners. Lots of wild bunnies when we were there. JM2Cw
