Re: Southeastern Wisconsin to Mt. Rushmore- need advice:)
I would recommend the drive through the Badlands as one of the very important visits on your trip there. Also the Needles |Highway in the Rushmore area. We were there for a few days last summer and really enjoyed these stops as well as Wall Drugs, and Mount Rushmore. We drove in a caravan from north to south and south to north about 3 years ago 219 all the way to I 90 and then on to Niagara. Will you cross over to the Canadian side as the easiest cross over is from Buffalo. We have a 35 ft motorhome towing and we stayed at a decent campground in the Kane area. Right off the 219. Foote Rest Campground, Lantz Corners. Lots of wild bunnies when we were there. JM2Cw187Views0likes0Comments
