It was a fabulous life style and my wife and I loved every minute of our time as tourists. I wrote a monthly newsletter, complete with pictures, for family and friends as we moved around. Now I find myself with 115 emails describing all the places we went and what we saw and did. If you are thinking of going some place, or seeing some thing or event, drop me an email and I'll send you the newsletter that talks about our experience with that place or event. I'm rvguy43, I'm on gmail.Re: Generator or no GeneratorI have a generator because it gives me more flexibility on places to stay. That said, I spend almost every night in an RV Park. But occasionally it's nice to have. Diesels also have larger fresh water and waste holding tanks. An important consideration for boondockers. I also think that CCC is important if you want to put after market things on such as solar panels, antennas, mother-in-law, etc. Golfers, and others with certain hobbies, will appreciate the pass through storage under some coaches.
