As a full timer storage space is more is more important. We do laundry every 2 weeks, why do a little at a time every day?Big pain in the bu..... Ten bucks and an hour and half were done! Just saying...Re: Slightly Remodeled 2004 Itasca SunriseGreat upgrades to a RV that has one of the best floor planes. We had two of the same model an 03 and 07. drove the 03 for 127k and the 07 for 35k. Then we traded for the RV from Hell. We think its trying to kill us, sharp corners and edges head banging compartment sharp edges and so forth. Anyway your upgrades look great. Happy Trails to you.Re: Trip to South DakotaThe KOA in Rapid City is one of worst we ever stayed at. Watch out for the early checkin charge, the rude staff and way overpriced narrow campsites. Go south to Hermosa, It has two Passport America campgrounds that are great and still close to everything. Also has some of the best pizza close by Lintz pizza.Re: 228 in WB in a 34 ft MHMy Tiffin 2013 31sa has a 228in WB.Re: how in the heck to pick a used class AWhen we started looking we wanted to keep the length to 30ft also. But what that does it gives you 1AC unit and a 30amp service. We have 32v Itasca And it has 2AC units and a 50amp service, plus a 4 door Ref. Plus a Another chair behind the CoPilots seat... Now 2ft is not a lot, but in a motorhome it makes a big difference. In just saying these are some things to consider....Good luck and Happy trails to you...Re: Wiper bladesWOW! Thats a lot of money for wiper blades. I just changed my wiper blades on my CRV and Itasca motorhome. Costco has blades for under 5 bucks and the fit. They come all the adapters.Re: Grand Teton National ParkEmail from friends this am. Hi from Gros Ventre campground! Just arrived here this afternoon - nice BIG campground. Both Justices & us took electric sites - pretty hot here today. We are staying here thru the weekend and leaving on Monday. May meet David and Jackie at Cheyenne if the timing works. I am looking for a place to stay for a night or two - any advice? I see there is a state park near which is a possibility. We were to stay at Headwaters at Flagg ranch but the fire took out poles/ wires so they evacuated the whole Headwaters campus - they are closed for the season now. We got the call 3 days before that our reservations were cancelled. The south entrance in Yellowstone was closed for about a week - driving thru today we could see lots of fire damage on either side of the road. Lots of fires around Yellowstone at the moment - some very close to the road & actually up to the road just a few miles east of West Yellowstone. Smoke was very thick in the mornings. The campground here is fairly full - probably folks who were to stay at Headwaters. Since we have cell and internet coverage we all may look to see if there is a cache or two nearby. It will be nice to have a day or so to just relax after checking out the Tetons. Won’t take as long at Yellowstone for sure. Going into Jackson for laundry duty and a few groceries in a day or so and to just snoop around the town without leaving too much money there!!Re: F53 Rear sway bar bushingsThanks again for the help. I looked under Rv and yep like the Ford guys says their gone! It looks like they were never installed. I will order new bushings (blue) ones online and install then myself. Maybe its a good idea to crawl under the Rv and look for missing parts from to time! The salesman said it was a rolling earthquake. Thanks Chuck Life is Good!Re: F53 Rear sway bar bushingsWhen you say jack up do you mean with the Rv leveler jacks or a bottle type jack?Re: F53 Rear sway bar bushingsThanks for the info.I will do that.
