Does it hurt the battery by being connected to the converter all the time. I understand that when the rv is in storage the switch should be off.Re: e track pulled upThe protective underbelly cover is attached with screws into the frame of the 299mp you cannot staple it back on. Also under the front part of the garage floor is the fresh water holding tank and under the middle part of the floor is the 30 gal. Gas tank. You really should remove the cover to make sure you don't damage either of these. You don't have to remove the entire cover....you can remove the screws from part of it and cut the cover to move it out of the way. They make a wide tape especially for taping the cover back together. You can buy the tape at your rv dealer.Re: tailgate lift springsThank You Boonhauler, That was pretty much what I figured. Fortunately the spring that broke is the first one from the left.tailgate lift springsOne of the helper lift springs on my 2007 Raptor tailgate has broken. Has anyone replaced one of these and if so what is involved?Re: Black water tank scrubber leaks water inside trailerI had the same problem with my 2007 Raptor, also made by Keystone. I found the check valve replacement at an rv dealer for $60 but I did not buy it. I sent an email to the folks at bandbmolders.com (they make the valve). They sent me a replacement valve for free. The only thing they ask was that I return the defective one in a self addressed stamped envelope which they supplied, so their engineering department could find out why it failed. They were very nice to work with and stood behind their product.Re: Insulating the TH floor...you can buy the underbelly plastic at this website http://www.factoryrvsurplus.com/products.php?product_id=2212Re: Raptor 3110Congradulations on your purchase. We bought a 2007 Raptor 299MP one year ago and used it all summer long this year. We love this 5er it fits are needs perfectly. Just one word of advice, on our first major trip of the summer we lost 3 tires. They looked good plenty of tread no dry rot, and checked tire pressure, they were however made in China "China bombs" as discussed on this website. When the tires blew it caused considerable damage to both sides of the trailer and since they blew at two different times it was two different claims and two deductables. Fortunatly just before the trip after reading about China Bombs on this site I lowered my deductable to $100. A lucky move on my part. I replaced them with tires made in the USA. and had no further problems.Re: Frustrated.
